Repairing Dubai's Appliances Since 2013

Oasis Appliance Works L.L.C began with one van and a simple promise: tell the customer the price before touching the machine. Word spread through Jumeirah Village Triangle and the surrounding communities, and the team grew from there.

Today we cover the whole emirate from our unit in JVT, repairing washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, dryers, stoves, ovens and cooker hoods for households, landlords, cafés and offices. Our technicians are background-checked, uniformed and trained on the brands sold here — Bosch, Siemens, Samsung, LG, Ariston, Beko, Teka and more.

We also say no. If a machine is not worth repairing, we tell you that instead of selling you a part — and there is zero cost if we cannot fix it.

Our technicians are part of the team — background-checked, uniformed and trained on the brands sold in the UAE. The person who inspects your appliance is the one who repairs it.

Where are you based and which areas do you cover?

Commercial Unit 4, District 2, Center — Jumeirah Village Triangle, Dubai. We cover the whole emirate, and nearby communities usually get the earliest slots.

How do you price a repair?

The technician diagnoses the fault on site and quotes the full cost before opening the machine. You approve the price first, and there is zero cost if the appliance cannot be repaired.

What warranty do you give?

Every repair carries a 6-month warranty on parts and service. If the same fault returns inside that period, the return visit is free.

Do you work with landlords and property managers?

Yes. We handle multiple units, coordinate access with tenants and send itemised invoices for each property.
